Ticketing FAQs
ARE TICKETS DIGITAL?
Yes. All tickets will be delivered digitally.
WHAT IS THE SINGLE SEAT POLICY?
To ensure the best possible seating experience for all supporters, the club operates a no single-seat policy.
Where possible, we kindly ask that supporters avoid leaving single seats when making bookings, as this helps prevent gaps within seating blocks.
If a single seat is created, the ticketing system may automatically adjust allocations to remove isolated seats and optimise the overall seating plan. In some cases, this may result in minor seat adjustments; however, we will always aim to keep any changes as close as possible to the original selection.
IS THERE A DEDICATED SUPPORTERS’ (NOISY) SECTION?
Yes. Block 112 will be home to our most vocal supporters and will help drive the atmosphere on game night throughout the season.
This block has already proven popular with Season Ticket holders and is the ideal choice for supporters looking to be loud, proud, and part of driving the full Manchester Storm atmosphere on gameday.

These blocks are available for single-game purchases and community allocations and therefore are not available for Season Tickets. Block 102 is also available for our Storm in the Community and group booking allocations.
That said:
- Families are welcome to purchase Season Tickets in any available block
- Ice hockey is a family-friendly sport

Our stewards and security team will continue to help ensure an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all supporters, both home and away.
