STORM FORECAST – Storm vs Steelers | The Ultimate Storm Preview
All good trilogies end with an explosive finale so if this were to carry on into ice hockey territory, then is set to be a cracker.
For the last two Saturdays, Manchester Storm and Sheffield Steelers have gone head-to-head and they’re about to do it for the last time in regular season.
Once again, at the time of writing, tickets are almost gone so the only other place to see the game unless you’re coming to the Storm Shelter is on our live webcast, available to purchase now.
Face off is at 7:00pm, with doors opening for season tickets holders at 5:45pm then for everyone else at 6:00pm.
NEXT IN THE STORM SHELTER…
Sheffield Steelers are back in the building for the final regular season clash and with a win each from the previous two meetings over the last fortnight.
Storm took the win in the shootout, thanks to Brandon Cutler, but tonight will be a very different game as Steelers look to make up some ground on the teams above them.
It’s the start of another thrilling weekend after overtime losses in the last two games, Manchester will have plotted a route back to winning ways and it will hopefully happen here.

LAST TIME OUT
It was a thriller in a packed-out Storm Shelter as Sheffield Steelers looked to end January with a win to make up for their New Year’s Day loss here. It didn’t quite work out that way as Brandon Cutler has something to say about that.

MATCH NIGHT COMPS
50/50 DRAW
Why not leave the Storm Shelter as a winner through one of our competitions, taking place throughout the night?
We have our 50/50 draw, where you could go home a little richer. Tickets are only £1 a go so keep an eye out for our match night sellers, or head to the Storm Support desk located under Block 113.
SHIRT OFF THE BACK
You’ll carry an aura about you with this week’s prize as Kyle Locke’s Home 1 jersey from his stint as captain is up for grabs.
While he won’t technically be wearing it tonight, it is a game worn jersey and one to treasure so make sure you’re in it to win it and it could belong to you by the end of the night.
All you have to do is purchase a ticket for the draw, priced at £1 each, so look out for our match night sellers, or head to the Storm Support desk located under Block 113.
Buy your tickets and listen out for the winning number. It could be you!
CHUCK A PUCK
It’s exactly what it says. Chuck a foam puck in the direction of Lightning Jack, standing on centre ice and if your puck is the closest, you win a commemorative puck AND a replica jersey of your choice (terms and conditions apply).
You know what to do. Purchase those pucks (£1 each) and find a great position at the second period break from where you can chuck that puck. Good luck!
These can be purchased from the Storm Support Match Night Desk located under Block 113.
