You may use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute harmful or unlawful content.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. Content on the Site (including fixtures, standings, news, and promotional material) is provided for information and may change.

Some areas of the Site or related services may require a password or access credentials (for example preview or staff access). You are responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under them.

Tickets and other products may be sold through the Site or via third parties we use to process orders and payments (including payment and ticketing partners such as Stripe and StubHero, and other providers we may appoint from time to time).

All tickets purchased are non-refundable. This includes tickets for postponed, rearranged, or cancelled fixtures except where we are required by law to provide a refund, or where we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific event.

Tickets are only transferable at the Club’s discretion. You must not resell tickets for commercial gain or in breach of any applicable event or venue terms. We may refuse admission, cancel tickets, or refuse transfers where we reasonably believe these Terms or venue rules have been breached.

Admission to matches and events is also subject to venue rules, safety requirements, and any conditions stated at the point of sale. Prices, availability, and seating may change until purchase is completed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. By purchasing, you authorise the relevant provider to charge the amount due and to process your payment data in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site — including branding, logos, text, graphics, video, and design — is owned by or licensed to Manchester Storm (or its partners) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal viewing as intended by the Site.

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example ticketing, payments, analytics, video platforms, or social media). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except as required by law.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties relating to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from ticket purchases, including loss of enjoyment, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction (if any), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
