Manchester Storm are thrilled to confirm the 2024/25 pre-season home schedule taking place between Saturday 24th August 2024 to Saturday 31st August 2024.

This pre-season we will see familiar Elite League rivals alongside exciting international opposition as new Head Coach Mike Flanagan prepares his side ahead of the 24/25 EIHL campaign.

Tickets for all home pre-season fixtures are set to go on sale Tuesday 28th May 2024.

The first opportunity to see the brand new squad on home ice will be Saturday 24th August 2024 as we take on league rivals and ‘triple crown’ champions, Sheffield Steelers. Doors open 6PM for a 7PM start.

The following day (Sunday 25th August 2024) we see exciting international opposition take to the ice inside the Storm Shelter as Canadian outfit ‘UQTR’ (University of Quebec-Trois-Rivieres) make the journey to Manchester as part of the pre-season preparation. Doors open 4.30PM for a 5.30PM start.

The following weekend the action continues with a big ‘Friday Night Hockey’ warm up against The Nottingham Panthers (Friday 30th August 2024). Doors open 6.30PM for a 7.30PM start.

The pre-season slate concludes on Saturday 31st August 2024 as German DEL2 side Lausitzer Füchse make the trip to the Storm Shelter! Doors open 6PM for a 7PM start. This is the final opportunity for Head Coach Mike Flanagan to see his side in action ahead of the 2024/25 EIHL campaign that begins the following week.

PRE-SEASON FOUR PACK OFFER: We’ve tried to make our pre-season fixtures as cost effective as possible and this year have included an option to gain access to the fourth and final pre-season fixture free of charge providing you’ve bought tickets to the first three fixtures at home. We’re working with Planet Ice to ensure the pre-season ‘four pack’ is available from Tuesday 28th May 2024. Stay tuned for more details.
