We are pleased to announce that tickets for the Manchester Storm quarter-final play-off game will be released on Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 9:00am, exclusively for season ticket holders.

The game will take place at the Storm Shelter on Saturday 11th April 2026, with a 7:00pm face-off.

All season ticket holders will receive an email from Planet Ice containing instructions on how to secure their seats, along with a one-time passcode required to complete the booking.

Please note, this passcode is valid for one use only and will expire at 8:59am on Friday 3rd April 2026. After this time, remaining tickets will be released for general sale at 9:00am.

How to purchase your reserved season ticket(s) seats:

1) Login at https://iceaccount.co.uk/manchester-storm/profile with the email address associated with your season ticket (not your general Planet Ice account).

2. Enter your one-time passcode.

3. Choose Purchase Reserved.

4. Select your seats.

5. Click Checkout.

6.  Once payment has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and can use your existing season ticket to gain entry.

Important Information:

• Reserved seats you currently hold will be released at 8:59am on Friday 3rd April 2026 if not purchased.
• The passcode can only be used once and expires at 8:59am on Friday 3rd April 2026 if not used.
