To the Storm family,

As we continue this exciting new chapter for Manchester Storm, our intention is simple: to create the best, safest and most enjoyable atmosphere possible for everyone who attends our games.

A great gameday is about much more than what happens on the ice. It begins when you purchase your ticket, continues through your journey to the arena and includes every interaction you have with our staff, volunteers, players and fellow supporters.

We want every person... whether a lifelong Storm supporter or attending their first game, to feel welcomed, valued and part of our family.

We also know that we will not always get everything right. That is why your feedback matters.

We want to better understand your experience and learn what we can do to improve every part of the fan journey. What are we doing well? Where are we falling short? What would make your gameday safer, easier and more enjoyable?
