Stephen Johnson Returns for Fourth Season with the Storm
Manchester Storm are thrilled to confirm the return of forward Stephen Johnson for the 2025 / 26 EIHL campaign, as he returns for his fourth consecutive season with the club.
The 30 year old Canadian from Moncton, New Brunswick, remains a key figure in our top six forward lines.
Last season (2024/25), he’s appeared in 49 regular season games—adding 9 goals and 21 assists for 30 further points. That brings his overall Storm record to 153 appearances and 105 points (36G 69A), including a consistent presence in the special teams units.
A respected leader both on and off the ice, Johnson has retained his alternate captain role throughout his tenure at the club, underscoring his influential locker room presence and popularity across the franchise.
Head Coach Cameron Critchlow is delighted to retain his experience and work ethic as the team pushes for silverware in a competitive campaign stating:
“Stephen has been an integral part of our group since the day he arrived. His consistency,
professionalism, and leadership both on and off the ice make him a key part of our culture.
We’re excited to have him back as we build toward another strong season.”
