Coach Critch on the right track with Storm
Manchester Storm coach Cameron Critchlow says consistency has been the key after his team completed another weekend with points to show for their efforts.
Saturday’s 2-1 win over Cardiff added another two on the board to maintain Manchester’s top half placing in the standings.
And with another home game coming up on tomorrow when Storm take on Glasgow Clan, Critch has highlighted its importance.
“We’ve started to play very consistently over the last month and we’ll need to continue that form,” he said. “We’ve had a number of guys stepping up too.
“After Saturday’s win, our rink has always given us an advantage, especially if we are committed to playing the way we want to play.
“Looking ahead to Friday, you could say that there are two beat up teams at the moment, we know it’s a four-point game Friday and we will look forward to that one.
“We want to keep earning these important wins and while I know our recent record at home has been good, you have to take any information into consideration.
“The Clan have a talented team that are dangerous offensively and we will need every guy contributing.”
