We completely understand and share everyone’s frustration after last night’s game. Nobody wanted that outcome – least of all our players, staff, and volunteers who work tirelessly to deliver the best possible game-night experience.

The situation was unfortunately out of our control, but we recognise that you spend your hard-earned money to watch and enjoy the sport you love. It’s incredibly frustrating when we can’t provide that, and we feel that disappointment just as much as you do.

We’re working closely with Planet Ice to find a quick and fair solution to make sure we do right by everyone who came out to support – both our beloved Storm fans and those who travelled from Sheffield.

We sincerely apologise for the cancellation and truly appreciate your patience, loyalty, and support. The Storm will continue doing everything possible to improve our game nights – that’s our focus moving forward.
