WEEK AHEAD | Stepping back in time
There’s nothing like entering a new week safe in the knowledge that you’ll be enjoying some post-season hockey, but there are still placings and points to be played for.
This weekend sees a double header against a team desperate for points to give them some hope of being part of the party.
Let’s see what we have in store as we also celebrate our past too this week.
Friday 6th March

Retro night is here and while we’ll enjoy and celebrate the guys who have got the team into the top eight, we’ll also look back at what makes our club so brilliant.
Dundee Stars make their way down for the first of this double header and already, it’s going to be a busy one as Storm tickets are the hottest in town.
So, with a night of great action ahead, a nod to the post and some big points at stake, it’s the perfect Storm for a Friday night.
DID YOU KNOW?
Manchester and Dundee will play each other for the 61st and 62nd time this weekend since Storm joined the Elite League in 2015. Storm have won 31 of the previous 60 games so far.

The aftermath of Friday’s game will barely have died down when both teams make the trip north of the border for part two of the weekend.
Sometimes some needle can carry over from the first night and scores that need to be settled, but a trip to Dundee is never one to be taken for granted.
It’s a win apiece in the two other meetings on Tayside so let’s see what this Saturday night showdown can bring for either team.
