Manchester Storm & Planet Ice Altrincham Team Up to Elevate Fan Experience at the Storm Shelter

Manchester Storm and Planet Ice Altrincham are thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration to enhance the matchnight experience at the Storm Shelter ahead of the 2025–26 season.

From the preseason game vs Nottingham Panthers on Saturday, 30 August (7 pm faceoff), fans can look forward to:

• Mobile refreshment crews: Two dedicated staff will roam the stands with backpacks, selling chilled cans of drinks for greater convenience.

• Skate Hire bottlebar: The skate hire area will double as a popup bottle bar to alleviate queue pressure.

• Upgraded café equipment: Planet Ice has invested in ovens and new equipment to boost service speed and efficiency.

• Fresh, extended menu: A new, varied food menu is designed to appeal to more tastes and dietary preferences.

• Digital ordering screens: Modern displays will showcase menus clearly and streamline ordering processes.

• Additional vending machines: Strategically placed machines will be added offer snacks and drinks to reduce wait times.

• Monthly promotions: Look out for special offers and themed deals running throughout the season.
