Veteran Chase Harrison Returns to Manchester for Fourth EIHL Season

Manchester Storm are delighted to confirm the return of defenseman Chase Harrison for the
2025–26 Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) season, marking his fourth consecutive campaign with the club.

Since arriving in Manchester ahead of the 2022–23 season, the Canadian blue-liner has established himself as a cornerstone of the Storm’s defence. Known for his calm presence under pressure, excellent hockey IQ, and strong leadership qualities, Harrison has logged heavy minutes on the penalty kill, while also mentoring younger players on and off the ice.

Harrison, 28, made 51 league appearances for the Storm in the 2024–25 season, tallying 11 points
(2G, 9A) and playing a key shutdown role against top opposition. With 167 EIHL games now under his belt, his return brings proven league experience and continuity to the Storm’s defensive
core.

Prior to his time in the UK, Harrison played extensively in the ECHL with the likes of Jacksonville,
Norfolk, and Rapid City, and developed through the WHL with the Regina Pats, where he served as
an alternate captain.

Coach Cameron Critchlow commented:

“Bringing Chase back was a priority for us. He knows this league inside out, he understands the
expectations in Manchester, and he delivers consistent performances every single night. He’s a
leader in our dressing room and a player our fans truly respect.”

With Harrison’s return secured, Manchester Storm continue to shape a competitive and cohesive roster ahead of the 2025–26 season.
