Manchester Storm are thrilled to confirm the return of forward Loren Ulett.

The hugely popular Canadian power forward enters the second year of the two-year deal he signed in 2024.

Since joining the Storm, Ulett has made 109 appearances, tallying 54 points (29G, 25A) and 183 penalty minutes. Known for his physical presence and leadership, Ulett brings grit and valuable experience back to the Storm line-up.

His junior career in the OJHL (2010–2015) saw him notch 74 points and 533 penalty minutes in 181 games, before moving on to the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where he added 31 points in 64 games. Turning professional in 2018–19, Ulett debuted with the Birmingham Bulls before a five-year stint with the Kansas City Mavericks (ECHL), recording 70 points and 507 penalty minutes in 251 games. His leadership qualities were acknowledged with an ‘A’ on his jersey in his final season with the Mavericks.

Newly appointed Head Coach Cam Critchlow commented:

“We’re very excited to have Loren back for the 25/26 season. With his size and speed, he is a tough player to stop. He’s been here for two years now, and I expect him to have his best season yet.”
